14th January 2026 - Please excuse me with starting the year with the style of jewellery I enjoy making the most. This ring made in late 2025 is a great example of transparent gems and dealing with colour cast from metal.

11th of October - One of my customers used the phrase “it has been a good minute” recently during a meeting and I thought it applied really well to how long it has been since I posted to the website.
31st August 2025 - Today we are going to remake a 9ct yellow gold Onyx ring. The existing ring weighs just 3.17 grams. The new ring will have a weight of 13.2 grams. That is more than a 400%. increase in the amount of gold used.
